- Responsible for leading the sales team and e-commerce team in China to achieve the targets set by the management;- Plan and manage the annual budget of e-commerce sector, tracking the conversion rate of each channel, and do the ROI control;- Responsible for building the data center in China, opening up various data sources, classifying and labeling the data to improve business revenue and optimize products by collecting data of various levels and types;- Responsible for setting up a strong Martech team, The self-developed software system helps sales, marketing and onboard departments optimize management processes and realize new business models, making a significant contribution to the company's revenue growth; (Cooperated with China Pacific Insurance, developed tens of thousands of insurance agents into personal agents of the company, managed these sales and sold tickets through the software we developed, and opened up a new business model for the company.);- Responsible for setting the overall strategy of sales and e-commerce in China, including price system, product development etc.;- Lead the team to develop and operate various leading e-commerce platforms, include but not limited to Alibaba, Bytedance, Dianping, etc.- Working closely with Revenue/Yield team to plan reasonable promotion and ensure revenue;- Lead the team to develop new business model, break the bottleneck of traditional model and increase new revenue for the company.

1.维护各大银行关系，推动杉德的POS收单业务的发展；2.参与预付卡业务（Smart card，联华OK卡等）的筹备创建及初期推广;3.筹划搭建第三方支付平台。
