• Manage purchasing, storage and organization of all elated goods, supplies & equipment• Report all expenses and income as per Opportunity Knocks financial policy• Participate in quarterly review of the budget, focusing on Knockout Pickles• Ensure brand management guidelines are clearly communicated to staff who will participate in presenting product to the public• Manage all operational aspects of Knockout Pickles production, ensuring safe and sanitary activity• Participate in developing supported employment strategy, focusing on installing organizational and individual goals• Work collaboratively with the other members of the social enterprise team to execute the enterprise strategy• Work collaboratively within organizational planning initiatives to represent the KOP activities and purpose
