• Responsible for the management of the Quality Control and Concrete Resources departments. The Quality Plan also identifies specific project risks or challenges and how the risks are mitigated. • Conducted contract reviews for bids to identify risks and opportunities. • Responsible for day to day operations of the batch plant which includes scheduling, testing, maintenance, purchasing, inventory management, mix design development, troubleshooting, and submissions to the client.• Started CPCQA / CPCI plant certification from scratch, completed all necessary documentation, pre-audits, and final audits so that we were able to produce in the Canadian and American markets.• Conducted an audit with a representative from the Ministry of Environment. Responsible for bringing the facility up to code from the previous audit in 1994.• Con-Force Structures Ltd. took over from Armtec and I was retained as key management personnel.
