Working as CEO, COO, entrepreneurial leader and board member for large global cooperations as well as for small and midsized companies, I have gained broad operational and strategic experience and competences. Additionally, I managed a broad range of business transformation projects including growth and digitalization and I have extensive experience in M&A including private equity. As an entrepreneurial business leader, I believe in leading with trust, positive energy and authenticity. I combine a can-do attitude with a down-to-earth mindset.
