Writing policies to administratively keep safety a priority in the workplace. Training employees in required annual curriculum including confined space entry and non entry rescue, LO/TO, trench, PPE and respiratory protection. Updating company Confined Space inventories to current OSHA standards.

Construction and General Industry instructor with a focus on OSHA compliance in Confined Space, Fall Protection, LO/TO, Respiratory protection, rope rescue and emergency preparedness. Training industry professionals throughout the country including Whiting Turner (Mountain View, CA), Hormel Foods (Rochelle, IL) and Clearwater Paper (Lewiston, ID).

Construction Site Safety Evaluator: Audit and inspect job sites for OSHA compliance in Fall Protection, LO/TO, PPE, Electrical safety, Excavations, Scaffolding and General Safety standards.Instructor of various topics related to the fire service and safety training including, CPR, Technical Rescue, Basic and Advanced Firefighting, Emergency Management, Mass Casualty Incident Management, and OSHA and IDOL compliance.Confined Space Rescuer and Standby Attendant: Protect workers within a confined space, develop a rescue plan and strategy and enforce safety requirements specific to the job and employer.Confined Space Evaluator: investigate and evaluate a company or plant and their confined spaces to determine appropriate classification, entry and rescue requirements.
