The role of Administration Trainee is to provide administration support in line with traineeship requirements to Australian Red Cross. This role will provide the practical hands on learning required to fulfil the needs of an Administration Traineeship. This role will be based within the National Community Programs team situated in Adelaide and will also provide administration assistance/support to other areas as requested.Key Responsibilities Administration for Community Programs Filing Photocopying, collating, scanning and printing Microsoft Outlook Calendar management of staff Project support Event management support – including the organisation and support of meetings of staff in Adelaide and elsewhere Make travel and accommodation arrangements for staff based in Adelaide and other states and territories Taking minutes of meetings Supporting recruitment of volunteers and provide day to day support when they are in the office Coordinate and place monthly stationary orders  Assist in the development of PowerPoint presentations Assist in management of Excel spreadsheets including adding data Assist in updating of wiki pages Assist with desktop research
