Secondment into client organization (Bunge Canada) a leading Canola Oil Processor, to perform the following roles:- Capital Project Program Manager- Sr Project Manager- Responsible for all Brownfield Capital Projects for all Canadian Plants : Debottlenecking and Expansions. Leading, coaching site project managers and coordinating the successful project initiation, development, and advancement through the Stage Gate process to execution and close-out.

Owner's Project Manager for Development and Growth projects for Rio-Tinto Iron Ore Company.Executing Fully funded Mill 11 Fines Upgrade Project early works construction, project setup, detailed engineering, and managing all aspects of the project from recruitment to project controls, procurement, and contracts, construction, and field engineering and owner’s engineering support team.Lead Feasibility Studies for Mill 11 Fine Circuit Upgrade to new technology, and Tailings Upgrade for concentrator projects in Labrador City. Mill 11 FS project involved a simplification of the entire flowsheet reducing pumping and piping requirements. New 3D model, HAZOP, risk, schedule, and constructability reviews were completed to validate the new engineering and new execution strategy with operations. Lessons learned from demo plant construction and test work were incorporated. A detailed estimate was developed using a novel WBS to create a better cost tracking tool for execution.Tailings project involved a trade-off study evaluation for thickeners at a different location with engineering developed to PFS level for comparison to the base case location. Lead project to complete engineering design and MTOs and draft estimate and started write-up for Feasibility Study and PEP. New PM assigned to finalize FS report as I move to 100% commitment to Mill 11 project.

- Lead PEA, PFS, FS Studies for mining projects. Currently Study Manager for a FS for debottlenecking, optimization, and restarting of an Iron Ore operation in Norway. Completed FS update for the RNC Dumont project, a nickel / cobalt processing facility in Quebec as Study Manager. As Study Manager completed process engineering studies and a bridging engineering mandate for long lead packages for a Lithium project in Quebec. Completed PEA as Study Manager for process, infrastructure, and financial analysis for a Gold Mine in Africa. Completed mining and metallurgical process gap analysis prior to the start of a FS for a Gold Mine in Quebec. Completed in pit crushing and conveying cost estimate for moving waste to reduce hauling costs for a Lithium open pit mine in Quebec.- Business Development: Complete proposals, partner with consulting services leaders to offer clients full complement of services and develop long term client relationships.

- Business Development : Worked on strategy, scope definition, writing of proposals, resourcing, budget, presentations to the client, clarifications, revisions to successfully win 3 large mandates : Large greenfield brewery project as owner's team (4 year mandate), Vanadium Processing Plant EPC/EPCM for detailed engineering, and Relocating ski lifts : civil, structural, and geo-technical engineering and site support for a major iron ore producer. - Project manager for Argex Titanium Basic Engineering Package (FEL2) 25000 t/yr titanium dioxide plant for technology plant and commercial plant using new proprietary chloride process -Developed deliverables list and deadlines for Basic Engineering Package and developed weekly budget and schedule for SNC and WSP to achieve project milestones. -Provided weekly reports to update on progress and costs based on earned value by deliverable. -Supported Metsim simulations. -Reviewed and provided input to all design criteria, mechanical data sheets and specifications and other basic engineering deliverables.-Participated in PFD and P&ID and CFD modelling reviews and discussions.-Developed P2 schedules for pilot plant, commercial plant, and basic engineering package deliverables.-Evaluated potential constrcution site.-Discussed environmental requirements and permitting with industrial park and Quebec Environmental representatives to establish deliverables and timelines.

In addition to the Industrial Product Line Manager role assumed the additional responsibilities to ensure engineering operations, design, quality and performance are in line with corporate procedures and performance expectations, working with Project Managers and Department Managers to ensure consistent processes around: - Achieving project milestones, schedule commitments and client deliverables; - Resource allocation and resource sharing;- Engineering Design and Quality;- Day to day functions such as kick off meetings, RFI turnarounds, monthly progress reports, Interdisciplinary checks, etc- Cold eyes reviews, scoping and budgetary reviews for multi-disciplinary proposals and projects.
