I am a native Texan. At the age of 18, I entered the Navy and spent 13 years in aviation maintaining the landing gear and flight control systems. I had the honor to serve on the flight decks of the USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) and the USS Coral Sea (CV 43). I was honorably discharged as an E-6.Over the years, I have worn many hats, especially in the oil and gas industry and have enjoyed traveling all over the world within the multiple positions I have held. My overall expertise is in hydraulic and pneumatic systems but I have a varied background in working on all types of equipment. I can learn to fix most anything. Between my technical background, supervisory and instructor experience, I can be an asset to any organization that needs someone to not only work independently but also teaches others if needed. My hope is to find another position within the oil and gas industry once things pick back up but am open to any industry needing someone with my specific expertise and overall experience as a technician, educator, and supervisor. My background includes onshore, off shore and international experience.I have two sons, the eldest being a Marine and currently a police officer and the youngest who is retired from the Army with 20 years service & 5 deployments under his belt. He now works in the private sector and will continue with his education toward a degree. I am married to my wife Stacy going on 25 years together and we have 8 wonderful grandkids. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, pets and going to Astros games when possible. When time permits, we volunteer with the Harris County Sheriffs Department. We both went thru the Citizens Police Academy and are part of the Alumni Association.
