Contracted for the IceCube-project directly by the head office in the US. Prior to departing to the South Pole, I worked in Madison with the software and hardware used for the hot water drill. The goal of IceCube is to create a cubic kilometer sized telescope deep down in the ice at the South Pole.At the South Pole, my responsibilities include:• Be part in setting up and operate the equipment and software used for the drilling• Handle and resolve issues related to the software (QNX operating system), hardware and Network (RS485 Network)• Write and post procedures and operations• Make sure that operations are safe and efficient

Globally responsible for support, requirements capture, implementation, quality, and delivery of Telelogic’s commercial product for automated systems testing – Telelogic TAU TTCN Suite. My responsibilities included:• Project manager for a team of consisting of up to 12 full time individuals, including developers, testers and a technical writer – where some resources where located in Russia• Reporting to Management on key issues, agreed priorities and trends• Process improvements to ensure that the development team worked efficiently in ever demanding commercial environment and that all local support centers remained updated on the latest information, this to provide high quality support to customers• Global coordinator for support around the world for the product• Meetings with customers related to potential sales or customers facing a more complex situation. Of the more than 1000 implementations performed, none was ever delivered later than committed to - meaning that meetings was often just to build trust by my commitment to a question.• Technical expert for the product TTCN Suite, including the TTCN Standard (9646-3)Part from TTCN Suite, work required in depth knowledge in Telelogic’s commercial products used for advanced software development, business modeling, quality assurance and testing.
