Every year, Arts et Métiers organizes 3 galas. They are entirely organized by first and second year students.➜ I have been elected personnel manager☑︎ Responsible of more than 150 people during 3 galas within the year for a total budget of 300,000€.☑︎ Planning setup from preparation to the tidying up.☑︎ Every gala welcome more than 4,000 guests.☑︎ Managing 15 teams from 4 to 15 people, that have to build decorations for the galas.
