During this contract period I worked on multiple projects including a rewrite of the client's website, implementation of contact center technology, and identification of self-service tools to improve customer experience and reduce call volumes.I also led coordination of multiple stakeholder groups to successfully migrate from an on-premise implementation to a cloud-based implementation of utility asset management software.

While at Kroll, I led discovery on new product features through activities including market research, prototyping, vendor selection, ROI calculations, and contract negotiations. In preparation for launch, I created go-to market and operational readiness strategies with input from internal and external stakeholders.I worked with a small team of internal and external resources to stand up identity monitoring services in the United States and Canada for 150MM+ individuals impacted by the 2nd largest breach in history, to date.Working with stakeholders responsible for service delivery, I defined selection criteria and made a recommendation on CRM tool for the ITBN division of Kroll based on factors including cost, quality, ease of use and GDPR compliance. Following the decision to use Salesforce to facilitate service delivery, I interviewed and made a recommendation to select a Salesforce Implementation partner based on factors including cost, availability, previous implementation experience, and customer referrals.I led a coordinated effort between Development, QA, DevOps, Account Management, Operations, and Vendor resources to successfully migrate from a legacy platform to a cloud based platform with minimal downtime and with no service interruption to clients and end users.I managed several mobile releases to Apple and Android stores including a complete re-brand and other enhancements.

As a fuel management consultant, I worked with transportation companies to develop strategies to help them manage their fuel costs. I achieved this by using a combination of discount negotiation, custom reporting, advisement of best practices, and educating customers on a web and mobile based products. I also provided an ongoing analysis of the success of each strategy as well as provided insight into areas for improvement.

I reached out to clients that had past due balances on their accounts with Comdata, and worked with them to put their accounts back in good standing. When the price of fuel meant that transportation companies were closing their doors, I designed a repayment program that allowed companies to pay down past due balances while accessing their credit lines.
