Thomas Donovan is a Vice Chairman and Partner at B6 Real Estate Advisors, specializing in Investment Sales in Northwest Queens—including the neighborhoods of Astoria, Long Island City, Elmhurst, Forest Hills, Ridgewood, Sunnyside and Woodside. Previously, Donovan was a Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield, joining C&W as part of the brokerage’s 2015 acquisition of Massey Knakal, the investment sales firm led by Massey and former partner Robert Knakal. Donovan joined Massey Knakal in 1998 and helped build the firm’s Queens team from two people to more than 20 brokers. Over his 20-year career, he has handled $2 billion in sales across nearly 600 transacted properties.

Mr. Donovan is a Vice Chairman in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield. Previously, he was a Partner at Massey Knakal Realty Services. Cushman & Wakefield acquired Massey Knakal on December 31, 2014. In 1998, Mr. Donovan joined Massey Knakal to head up the firm’s first full-service outer borough office. The Queens office has gone from a two-person start-up to a flourishing establishment more than 10 times its original size. He has built a strong presence in the Queens marketplace in neighborhoods including Astoria, Elmhurst, Forest Hills, Glendale, Maspeth, Middle Village, Rego Park, Ridgewood, Sunnyside and Woodside. To date, he has been personally responsible for the sale of close to 725 properties in excess of $1.7 billion.
