As a valued member of the Rockwell Group, Tom skillfully navigated his way through the design management challenges involved in supporting clients including Coca-Cola, McDonalds, Starwood and Viking Range Corporation. Tom was able to drive very high level innovation into actionable and successful projects time and again. Projects ranged from full-on Brand Interventions involving Furniture design and production, Lighting design and production, Design Strategy and Project Management all the way to large scale sculptural environments. Tom bridged the intellectual and conceptual world with the physical and actual world of producing while at Rockwell Group. Beyond his management and client interfacing skills he was valued as a skilled artist who could back-up his designs with a career's worth of fabrication experience.

I wore many hats while I was at HDC Inc. from office manager to designer, custom fabricator to account manager and construction supervisor. It was a great experience with a small tight knit team.
