I also represent attorneys before the AGC in Michigan and USPTO nationally on Attorney Disciplinary Defense matters. My trial attorney experience includes patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, anti-counterfeiting, transactions and licensing. First-chaired numerous matters in twenty jurisdictions for clients including Ford, Toyota, Mattel, E-Prize, Mazda, Chrysler, General Motors, Kelly Services, Domino's Pizza, New Holland, etc. ITC litigation was also conducted. Served in several firm administrative capacities, including Recruiting Committee, Ethics Committee, Conflicts Committee and Litigation Committee. I have also served as Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney, Assistant Michigan Attorney General, Vice Chair-Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission, and as a member of Federal Judicial Nominating Committee.
