About Tom Ainsworth

The variety of what I work on day to day is something that never gets old. I’ve never yet seen two companies work in the same way - and long may this continue!I’m a natural tech and people enthusiast and in my role at Jitterbit, I’m lucky enough to get to combine both. I love to work with customers to understand their unique challenges, deliver solutions for those challenges and ultimately see the positive impact those solutions make to their businesses. My career has taken me on a journey from being a technical engineer to using that knowhow to solve my customers’ individual commercial challenges and make significant impact to their businesses. Meeting new people and hearing their perspectives has always been a major plus with what I do.
