As Scrum Master, serves as the servant leader and agile coach of four agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART). Removes impediments for the team to allow them to do their jobs. Collaborates with other teams within the ART as well as coordination with external teams to address dependencies and resolve issues. Captures recommended changes, verifies changes are within scope, implements changes into schedule and gains customer approval with updated delivery schedule. • Works with all stakeholders to include customer, government contracting officer, proponent agencies responsible for acceptance of deliverables as well as corporate sponsor. • Writes proposals, white papers and sources sought in support of SCCI’s business development.

Managed all phases of Unit Set Fielding Operations for the deployment of PM Mission Command’s platform satellite-based communication systems to military units. Served in multiple capacities including Fielding Coordinator, Global Installation Manager and Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics & Technology) Forward Support Team Lead in Kuwait. • Responsible for continuous process improvements tied to the fielding of new equipment. • Project leader of fielding teams conducting strategic planning and overseeing execution of fielding equipment and deliverables to customer. • Preferred expert of customers, replied upon to implement processes in rapid changing environment and change management. • Managed the logistics and distribution of equipment both domestically and internationally. • Identified as the senior mentor to train newly hired Fielding Coordinators. • Effectively managed a distributed installation team of 44 personnel. • Spearheaded the initiative to streamline installation kits, resulting in savings of > 100K annually. • Led the monthly working groups for 34 PMO’s in Kuwait to successfully plan and complete the drawdown of government furnished equipment in Iraq.
