Also involved with the scheduling, and OASIS, and setting up the internal controls related to trading. Started the Nepool desk and actively traded that region. Also traded Cinergy (MISO) for a number of years. Worked with our gas units. Responsible for hedging our units and trading generation both short term and future years. Worked with the gas supply to secure fuel and manage our future positions. Used futures and options to manage the units.

Led plant asset team with Powerplant application. Involved as project manager on various accounting projects.

Responsible for leading corporate internal audit teams on process and financial audits. Was involved with implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley controls at PPL.

Performed monthly closing entries and monthly variance analysis.

Responsible for supervision of eight staff members. Work included processing of approximately $200 million of monthly payables.

Performed various tax work including, sales and use tax returns, motor vehicle returns and corporate tax returns.

Worked in Corporate Financial Planning Department. Responsible for creating the corporate budget, both annual and 5 and 20 year budgets.
