Conducted IT functions and responded to support requests from end users having issues with software and hardware devices for 700 students and 100 staff. Responded to issues by phone and face to face, troubleshooted hardware issues, assisted with new software adoption, trained staff, and resolved issues via VPN where required. Maintained a high degree of customer service for all support queries and contributed to the overall office effectiveness and knowledge by sharing diagnostic advice and procedures with staff at all levels.

Recruited to define and implement new business systems and procedures for a 140 staff law firm. Assessed business needs for incoming mail processing, identified technical and personnel requirements. Built the business case for investment and presented it to senior leadership. Researched and identified software solutions for scanning with potential integrations with existing technology. • Granted federal clearance performed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation to handle sensitive material while performing legal research for the Assistant United States Attorneys on cases ranging from sexual assault to civil suits, involving hundreds of thousands of dollars.• Daily responsibilities included attending Federal Court, assisted four attorneys with multiple cases via note taking, evidence gathering, legal research and participated actively in strategy discussions, moot arguments, and division-wide training. • Through time spent at the Assistant United States Attorney’s office, I earned a level of proficiency with Westlaw Research System.
