Due to the rural nature of the project, undertook the project engineering role, as well as Site Coordinator and Project Manager functions for the duration of project. Though independent buildings, significant consideration was given to inter-phase works with existing buildings and working around a live hospital.May 2019-February 2020: Northern Hospital Redevelopment, Epping - Builder: Kane - Client: DHHS - SoW: Full Concrete Package (incl. in-ground works, asbestos removal, PT, precast columns/panels) - Description: New Operating Theatre (1100m2, SoG-Level 3), In-Patient Unit (2000m2, level 4-level 7) and various minor works. Significant challenges were faces due to In-Patient Unit was erected on existing roof on Level 3 of an active hospital. Extreme care had to be taken to avoid damaging existing structure, particularly waterproof membrane on roof. Both buildings were concurrently erected, utilizing only 1 tower crane, which caused over-under hazards and delays. Further, ongoing demolition works of existing precast facade panels during construction and new piling cause significant coordination challenges.

Initially engage to develope GMCT's asset management system, through an external party. Subsequently transitioned to the project team. Independently manage a wide variety of new projects and rectification works across several cemteries. Responsibilities include design, planning, scheduling, managing contractors, developing business cases, financials and stakeholder management.

Project Administrator / Site Manager on a new residential high-rise building. BritCan's scope included all concrete formwork, placing and finishing, totalling CAD$8.500.000. Building consisted of 3 levels of carpark below grade and 14 storeys of residential units. 1.500m² building footprint. Worked closely with BritCan team, primarily Layout Supervisor, company owner/PM, trade foremen and General Contractor.

Project Manager on numerous renovations for high profile clients, including BC Hydro Power Authority and Telus Corporation. Project scopes ranged from CAD$10.000 to CAD$500.000 with crews of +20 workers. Was directly involved with the projects from tender to completion, as the sole representative for Empirica. Managed and coordinated all site work, including Empirica subcontractors. Responsible for all administrative documentation, including RFI's, SI's, change orders, health and safety regulations, invoicing and closeout documents. Worked closely with General Contractor and other subcontractors to meet deadlines and complete projects on time.

DEMA is the governing entity, which, on behalf of the Danish Ministry of Defence issues fire safety codes in Denmark. DEMA is also responsible for approving high-risk facilities in Denmark, which are not covered by the scope of the National Fire Safety Codes.Worked as lead engineer at DEMA on a wide variety of projects, several of which were considered the largest industrial projects in the country. Extensive experience in approving projects according to national and international codes, standards and guidelines such as NFPA Codes, European Standards, The Danish Building and Fire Safety Code and FM-Global Data Sheets.
