Worked with various process and equipment engineers to reduce yield loss from their toolsets and to help understand single wafer yield loss issues and drive to completion.Yield Enhancement Engineer - Worked with YE engineers, product engineers, and failure analysis engineers to generate bitmap paretos and to understand which defects were driving certain bitmap failures (single bits, double bit columns, full rows, etc.). Moved from K-fab to DMOS6 (300mm factory) to help assist with yield issues. Once they were understood, assisted as a yield enhancement engineer layer owner in the FEOL. Used various data-mining skills to find root causes of defects and drove to understand both defect increases and well as defect decreases.
