In my role, I provide comprehensive project management and support across various organizational initiatives. I developed and implemented an Advanced Onboarding program to enhance new volunteer integration. My responsibilities extend to oversight of the paid internship program, managing the volunteer database, and guiding volunteer recruitment, training.

While at Youth Volunteer Corps’ Headquarters, AnnMarie handled all HQ marketing – from concept, to creation, to budget, to implementation. Additionally, she spent time working on the digital footprint for each Headquarter hosted site and general strategy/tools for traditionally hosted sites across North America. She coordinated Summit, YVC’s networkwide.

AnnMarie worked with a committed team at KCMBA to provide outstanding member experiences, marketing, learning opportunities and resources. Her responsibilites included the coordination of the Bench-Bar & Boardroom Conference, Annual Meeting and Bar Leadership Academy. As a member of the senior leadership team, she was dedicated to the financial stability.

Over her 6+ years with Wayside Waifs, AnnMarie had a variety of responsibilities and objectives. Initially, she was tasked with revitalizing and professionalizing the volunteer program – a group that grew from 850 to 1500 active members. AnnMarie went on to create systems, policies, procedures and communication plans that effectively integrated volunteers.

AnnMarie’s time spent with The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art was marked by the opening of the Bloch Building, a nationally celebrated achievement. She was fortunate to work at the museum during a time of great change, which brought with it a great need to create new systems, policies and training programs.
