The Call Management Coordinator (CMC) is responsible for ensuring that all contractual Service Level metrics are met by monitoring agent activity on a real-time basis and addressing issues in a timely manner (adherence, long calls, absences, etc.). The CMC approves schedule exceptions, updates schedules with approved exceptions, coordinates overtime, and recommends Low Queue opportunities. The CMC coordinates outage and/or major event information with the client and leadership team and are responsible for updating/distributing statistical information.

The Helpdesk Technician, Senior will be a point of contact for all agents on the IT Service Desk for technical questions.
