Maintaining project management tools and keeping all stakeholders up to date on status.• Analyze and translate Enterprise and Mid-market customers’ integration needs to communicate between UKG Pro and their vendors via interfaces in regard to the Business Analyst side of this role • Work with both new logo and current post live clients to deliver high quality solutions while providing excellent consulting services and meeting agreed upon project timelines.• Update clients’ interfaces through interface maintenance service requests in regard to the Technical Consultant side of the role • Knowledge of SQL database to correctly map UKG’s data to translate to vendors’ specifications• Quality Analyst for the testing phase to validate files to be production ready• Proficient in use of parser tools to help validate files during testing

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare product implementations• Builds relationships with all levels of the organization and thrives on building a rapport and connection with external customers• Support the implementation of software products at client sites and testing labs• Deploy and configure proprietary software solutions in HIE and hospital and physician practice environments to facilitate secure data exchange in the enterprise• Partner with EMR companies on numerous projects to facilitate smooth HL7 integrations• Serve as primary resource working on infrastructure, server and application performance issues• Own projects from kickoff through go-live as a technical lead and subject matter expert on results and ADTs• Implement solutions to enable distribution of results, reports, ADTs and lab and radiology orders• Analyze, manipulate and configure HL7 messages to be consumed by various EMRs• Conduct training classes for customers on various aspects of the solution• Work with Product Management and R&D by reporting defects, requesting product enhancements, and testing new features • Assist HISP team with integrating CCDA documents using direct messages to customers• Complete support tickets in a timely manner
