As the Sales Director for Energy Optimization at Source Refrigeration, responsibilities focused on driving sales of the company’s energy optimization (EO) services to attain the company’s annual sales and profit goals for EO focusing on our key vertical in the grocery industry, while adding to our business in parallel verticals, such as cold storage, and other verticals such as telecom/ data center where reliable, efficient systems are mission critical . The EO product services include retro-commissioning, energy optimization projects, Energy Management, Demand Response (DR), control system retrofits, energy use consulting, VFDs, etc. I prepare and provide detailed cost and savings projections along with ROI scenarios that include simple payback, net present value, ROI, IRR, MIRR, life cycle cost analyses, top line sales and environmental equivalencies (water conservation, acres of trees, cars removed from road, etc.)/offsets calculations; both desktop and web versions.Role included identifying, targeting, and developing sales relationships and EO business with new customers, as well as developing strong business development strategic alliances and partnerships with third party energy consulting companies such as SmartWatt, Ecova, Opterra, CLEAResult, Nexant, and others..
