Tom has over 11 years of years of experience in water resources including pumping systems, water treatment plant operations, septic design, hydrology, and hydraulics. He started working with pumps in high school and moved on to running a small-batch water treatment plant on the continental divide during his summers at college. Since graduating in 2013, he has worked on a variety of projects for federal and railroad clients.He brings a broad understanding of all aspects of a job: survey, analysis, design, and permitting; and is well versed in the H&H field as well as railroad projects. He has experience with TR-55, Rational Method, regression equations, Log Pearson Type III analysis, HEC-RAS, HY-8, HydroCAD, as well as several other H&H applications. He also have considerable survey experience, conducting hydraulic surveys for Union Pacific railroad across the country. The surveys ranged from small culverts to bridges over 1,000 feet in length.
