I am involved in the European project „QuanTELCO“. The projects objective is the deployment of an international quantum communication network for quantum-key-distribution protocols. We aim for inherent secure international communication channels throughout europe that utilize existing telecom infrastructure.In order to do so, we explore solid-state quantum defects for telecom-repeaters that operate on the quantum level.I am a scientific researcher with more than 6 years of experience in conducting and managing research projects.The success of my projects was not only governed by my profound technological knowledge and my problem-solving mentality, but additionally benefitted from fast adaption to new technologies and subjects.Motivating and working with international and multilingual teams under pressure to reach goals shaped my personality and let met gain excellent project management skills.My specialization in quantum optics and quantum information technology enables me to utilize my additional skills like mechanical engineering, robotics, programming, mechatronics, HF technology, to manage and conduct complex, interdisciplinary and international projects. I am looking for new challenges and opportunities that allow me to advance my hard- as well as personal soft-skills in new and exciting projects.
