Le 4 Novembre 1918, les bataillons de la New Zealand Division ont libéré à eux seuls la ville de Le Quesnoy en France, alors occupée par les forces allemandes. Haut fait d'arme dans l'histoire du pays, cet acte de bravoure porte la marque de l'ingéniosité Kiwi: au lieu d'utiliser l'artillerie lourde sur ce village fortifiée et historique, les soldats néo-zélandais ont utilisés des échelles pour gravir les remparts et battre les soldats allemands en combat rapproché. Grâce à cela, aucune victime civile ne fut à déplorer. 136 soldats périrent dans cette bataille pour la liberté. 100 ans plus tard, le New Zealand Memorial Museum Trust a décidé d'honorer la mémoire et le sacrifice de ces soldats en établissant un musée-mémorial dans la ville du Quesnoy, près de Valenciennes. Ce projet évalué à NZ$15 millions sur 5 ans, sera le premier établissement néo-zélandais dans la région, le seul pays de l'ANZAC a ne pas avoir encore de lieu dédié. L'objectif était de synchroniser les efforts de chaque partie prenante pour assurer un suivi des donateurs potentiels le plus pertinent possible (recherche d'informations, croisement de données, gestion CRM). I was responsible for the presentation of the products on the website, make sure that the platform is functional and easy to use for the doctors, create new partnership with manufacturers to reference their products and communicate offers to increase sales. Finally, I was involved in the development of WAD, the World Aesthetics Day. This event was designed to help patients get more information on medical and surgical aesthetics by meeting with doctors and surgeons in their offices and chat with them. Supported by strong partners such as Vivacy, WAD gathered more than 110 doctors in France and Belgium along with 3,000 patients. I was in charge of the communication and marketing around the event (press conference, visual supports, community management...).
