Tom spent over 3 decades as an adviser and as well as Senior Management within one of the country’s largest private financial services firms. Most recently Tom was a partner at FinTech start-up, White Swan where he continues as a business consultant. During his tenure at North Star Resource Group, Tom was one of the founding members of the North Star Legal Division, specializing in the complex and ever-changing financial needs of attorneys, CPAs, trustees, and the families they represent. At this time, Tom designed and developed a Life Insurance Policy Review process that can provide a defensible document to Trustees of Life Insurance Trusts. In addition, Tom has been a guest speaker at bar associations and teaching occasional CLE classes.
