Summary of Qualifications: 28 years of continuous service at NASA KSC (13 with NASA and 15 with NetLander, Inc.). With NetLander served in dual role providing Managing Director and Project Manager Functions for the KSC IT Project Management Services (ITPMS) Contract, while managing high visibility projects for the NASA IT Directorate. In the Managing Director/President function, managing a team of over 25 people including the NetLander Business Office as well as subcontractors in carrying out the work on a number of key projects for NASA’s IT Directorate as well as NASA’s Engineering Directorate.
