For the senior housing industry, I have experience providing credit facilities, and term loans to ALF's SNF's and ILF's. I work closely with HUD lenders to provide bridge loans to allow additional time to process FHA loans, as well as offer long term financing solutions for purchasing or refinancing whole facilities. I have worked on term loans ranging from $2,000,000 to $40,000,000 and have experience working with partner banks to fund a $50,000,000 term loan to a senior housing facility. I have experience establishing lines of credit based off of receivables -- Credit lines vary by facility.Total Loan book was ~$500MM prior to my departure.

Assure electronic test equipment for the Cobra and Huey helicopters meet specified Navy/Metcal performance standards.
