From 1978 to 2009 I was a California Commercial Real Estate Broker and Land developer in and around the Greater Los Angeles Area. I have a deep knowledge of real estate acquisitions, entitlement processes & development enterprises. These activities lead my into obtaining my insurance brokers license in 1991.I entered the Insurance Industry using my depth of real estate knowledge and applied that to the business of commercial insurance. This transition turned out to be a quite natural and I was able to apply my 31 years of commercial real estate experience into a commercial insurance agency.As a captive agent for the first 9years of my 22 year commercial insurance career, captivity made me realized the value of being an independent agency. As an independent agency we are free to represent the customer first and can keep customer interests first.
