Search Quality is responsible for Algorithms that determine rankings, data analytics tools to manage experiments, and the infrastructure needed to do these at massive scale.- Responsible for roll-out of IQL and related features which are basis of Indeed analytics platform.- Designed and built A/B test evaluation framework (Teststats) still used 4 years later.- Designed and implemented query expansion along with a scalable system for management.- Increased resilience of analytics backend to handle critical production and accounting data.- Achieved double-digit increase in CTR and CPM for job listings.
