The process included cleaning, screening, vacuum bagging, and hot pressing sub-processes. • Designed, analyzed, and manufactured tooling and fixtures using SolidWorks, SolidWorks Simulation, and Mastercam software packages.• Led Lean initiatives with the Technology Development Team, including 5S, kaizen, single piece flow and TPM. • Developed a DFM/DFA analysis using Boothroyd Dewhurst software, CAM models, and should-cost software.
