I joined Heyflow as their first Product Manager with the task to setup a sound Product Management practice, incorporating tools and processes that support the hypergrowth of the company. I am currently leading and developing 1 Senior Product Manager. Successes:• Established end-to-end processes for Product Discovery, Delivery and Operations leading to 27% increase in velocity meanwhile significantly improving the predictability of our product roadmap.• Improved the user onboarding leading to a 114% increase in user activation and 53% increase in 90 day retention.• Led the discovery and delivery of an A/B testing feature that resulted in 37% increased user engagement and 12% increased retention.

I joined Bridgemaker to bring my expertise to Venture Building, deepen my early stage knowledge and help new ventures release awesome products:• aboDeinauto: By running detailed user surveys and constant tests, I re-shaped the understanding of the target customer which led to an increase of the conversion rate by 194%.• flexi-immovation: Together with one designer, we released 2 different landing pages within 1 week and converted 34 users into testing our offer that ultimately led to a successful venture.• ATOLL: Released a new landing page within 2 weeks that included a state-of-the-art configurator based on low-code tools in order to kick-off the venture.• Tracie Healthcare: Acting as Head of Product for the venture, I defined Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap for the re-release of this existing pre-analytics solution. I establishing the discovery and delivery processes to update the UI and migrate the solution from on premise into the cloud, making sure that we build the right solution for our present and future customers.

I joined GotPhoto as their first Product Manager. My responsibilities included building and scaling a sound Product Management for the company. Towards the end of my tenure, I was in charge of the whole Tech Department consisting of 11 people in Product, Engineering, QA and Design. Successes:• Streamlined the agile processes by introducing 1-week sprints and a 0 bug policy thus improving Sprint Velocity by 17%.• Introduced constant discovery & experimenting leading in 20+ major and minor system improvements helping GotPhoto reach an NPS of 63.• Released an updated version of the shop system, leading to 7% increased basket size and 5% improved conversion.• Lead discovery and delivery of an Editing Service which is now a core part of the offering with 4% revenue contribution.• Bootstrapped a successful market entry to the US with the release of the prepay feature that totals for 63% of US GMV.

Moving into my first internal position, I was finally able to conduct projects from beginning to end, making sure all parts of the delivery were successful. Amongst those projects, I was in charge for the conductors app of the SwissPass, which had been seamlessly rolled out on August 1 2015 to over 250 connected transportation companies.

Applying my previous knowledge, I revamped our customers Software Asset Management, getting the organisation ready for ad-hoc audits and saving hundreds of thousands of Swiss Francs in license and penalty fees.

My work at Accenture defined the baseline of my professional life. I learned how to structure and run large projects, setup sound reporting structures and build stakeholder management based on reliability and trust.
