DeepSelf is a project of a platform that aims to help managers increase the level of engagement of employees.It aims to contribute to the emergence of a workplace in which managers have the ability to understand their employees' needs, to make them engaged and fulfilled.To do this, the platform would measure the specificities of each individual at work using a scientific approach (psychology, cognitive science, management science) and give managers the means to act in an informed manner.We have been selected as finalists in several entrepreneurships contests: AI for Tomorrow 2020, IMT Starters 2020, Enactus Festival 2019 & 2020. During that time, I have been a student-entrepreneur (Pépite France).

I participated in the creation of psychometric tests (professional interests, professional values, soft skills, etc.) and tools to help students find their way, and put together the methodology of User Research for the company.
