Worked with the Shell Group Planning Forum and was the planning focal point for EP Servco. Responsibility for Business Planning process includes: Preparation and coordination of the Volume I & II submission. Drafting planning scenarios taking into account STEP/EP Servco as well as local and Business Unit scenarios. Coordinated Business Improvement initiatives under the banner of Strategic Cost Leadership (conducted tariff and G&A benchmarking study using APQC). Custodian of the Asset Planning Forums including challenge process.

Role: Was to coordinate the Business Planning Process towards delivering the SM-EP and Downstream Integrated Gas Plan. Entire Integrated Value Chain across all business units and service/technology units.

Worked as a reservoir engineer (R.E) for the Sabah fields (Samarang, South Furious, St. Joseph, Barton). In addition to technical reservoir management duties, I was the Team Leader for the Samarang Field (largest oil field in East Malaysia). The responsibilities included supervising and coordinating geological, technological and engineering activities of 10 senior staff. Duties also included well surveillance and production optimization (field availability of 40Mbopd from 80 wells). Successfully developed and implemented final phase of drilling campaign in Samarang that spanned a period of 2 years; a RM400 million dollar project. Coordinated and provided technical Field Development Strategy for Post-Production Sharing Contracts negotiations for the Samarang field.
