Our team was tasked with designing an On/Off-Load Lifeboat release and retrieval system, a first-of-its-kind solution that met stringent SOLAS regulations/LSA Codes. Not only did we achieve our goal within 16 months, but we also exceeded the new SOLAS regulations, earning our MEDB Certificate from DNV-GL (MEDB00001NM). This achievement sparked something within me.With over 13 years of experience in waste management, I've gained deep insight into the industry's complex challenges. My curiosity grew into a passion for environmental sustainability and safety, leading to the creation of FireSpear. We aim to revolutionize the fire suppression market with groundbreaking technologies like the "FPS WaterNucleator." Our mission transcends extinguishing fires; we strive to transform how the Waste Management and recycling industry thinks about fire safety.Since earning our MED-B certificate, I have become a strong believer in the power of innovation, collaboration, and strategic diversification.
