As the Director of Professional Services, I was responsible for supporting RSI's Services Division. I had direct support responsibility for RSI's Project Management Office and Network Services Team, and offered support to the Technical Services and Application Services Staff.I was responsible for all enterprise level projects and instrumental in the overall operations of RSI's Services Department.As Director of Professional Services, I have taken on responsibility for the constant improvement and application of industry best practices, both internal to RSI operations and more importantly external for RSI customers. I have been instrumental in developing the methodology around RSI's Network Services Practices and the RSI PMO. I have assisted in the development of RSI's internal IT assessment methodology enterprise Technology Operations Planning (eTOP) methodology.

I was placed as a Project Management Resources for Washington State Department of Social and Health Services Provider One Project. The Project Management responsibilities under this project were focused on conducting an IV&V review of the Provider One testing systems and procedures and to examine the project's overall project management functions and infrastructure. As a Senior Consultant, I was also assigned the Project Management responsibilities for the Department of Social and Health Services CIMS Project, ISB sponsored IV&V reporting process. I managed the ISB reporting process and project review cycles for the lifecycle of the project.As a Senior Consultant for Eclipse Solutions, I provided resource and expertise to the Office of Financial Management's Roadmap Project in the form of Business Analysis Expertise and Systems Architect Developer.

I conducted oversight and business leadership for the redesign of www.experiencewashington.com. The project, a Washington State Department of Information Services (DIS) oversight project, was a three-year project that redesigned all aspects of the tourism program's main portal. I developed and presented IT Investment Plan for the www.experiencewashington.com redesign effort. I implemented project methodologies and project governance structure. I performed an internal QA process that monitored and generated monthly review and recommendation to project managers and contracted staff.I developed and implemented the agencies' Technology Governance Forum, a comprehensive DIS portfolio-based technology management methodology. I developed the Technology Steering Committee for direction and governance for the Information Technology Portfolio.I developed the Contracts Management Systems Feasibility Study and project initiation proposal. I sponsored both the Feasibility Study and Cost Benefit Analysis process during the project's initiation phase. I assisted in the process of retaining an external QA assessment of the project's Feasibility Study and Cost Benefit Analysis documentation. CTED's Contracts Management System (CMS) is currently in the process of gaining funding support through the state legislature as a joint Office of Financial Management, Department of Ecology and CTED Enterprise System. The Contracts and Grant effort is now a sub project of Financial Management's (OFM) statewide Roadmap effort. I was responsible for oversight and sponsorship for the redesign of CTED's main business portal, www.cted.wa.gov. Under my leadership, CTED developed the Enterprise Architecture Model in preparation for its new Contracts Management System.

I was responsible for project sponsorship and leadership for the Managed Print Services Project. I developed all aspects of the project designed to convert the entire printing fleet of the Attorney General's Office into a multi-function managed print services environment over a two-year period. I conducted Feasibility Study and associated cost-benefit analysis, presented and recommended the project to the AGO Executive Management Team.I was project sponsor and lead for the telephone conversion project. I conducted the feasibility effort to support a project that replaced the agency's phone system with a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution. The Feasibility Study was successful in launching the agency's conversion to VoIP.I was project sponsor and lead for the agencies' Computer Network Redesign Project (CNDD). The project was developed to redesign the AGO's infrastructure to enable emerging technologies (VoIP, Video Conferencing, High Speed Connectivity, etc.) and developed in consideration of cyclical budget sustainability and predictability. I developed and successfully presented the DIS IT Investment Plan for the CNDD project. The project resulted in the complete rebuild of the AGO network infrastructure and the alignment of a cycled base supporting budget. I conducted the project Feasibility study and associated cost benefit analysis, presented and recommended the project to AGO executive management team and secured approval.

I operated a fee-based technology support model for the Department's Quince Street Campus; campus staff level was approximately 450 staff.I was the chair of the Department's Technical Advisory Committee. Developed governance and organization process as for agency IT Customer Advisory Board, acted as Technical Advisory Committee Chair.

As WIC/CIMS Project technical lead for development of the program's Implementation and Advanced Planning Document (IAPD) through the Department of Agriculture for project funding. Developed and successfully assisted in the presentation of the Feasibility Study and IT Investment Plan to Department of Information Services and Office of Financial Management. I was the DOH WIC/CIMS project lead for development and technology services. I was the project lead for business process design and re-design effort.
