Team Lead for two teams: This is Support and This is Creative. This is Support Service Desk has been setup by me and I am responsible for the team. So all the tickets, SLA, reporting and improving the team & processes. This is Creative is a new department which I will help shape and get off the ground. Creating an awesome team and setting up processes that work for us and our clients.

Together with an awesome team we deliver support on our and also products from others to AkzoNobel. I am responsible for the team, tickets, SLA, reporting and continuous improvements.As wel as ISO and other (internal) process improvements.

Responsible for the entire support department. With the department we ensure a smooth transfer from Development to Support. Within this role I am responsible for future-proofing the team, keeping the team motivated, improving the department, upholding our SLA contracts, reporting and many other things and or course keeping all (48) clients happy.

Helping employees and the company grow. On a personal level: from junior to memoir to senior. But also looking into what do you need to learn to stay relevant within the field, not just Endouble. And also helping developers find their role within the team. On a team / company level: look at who fits best within a team. What does a team need (FTE / tools / processes / etc)? Making sure the teams can help each other. Improving team and company processes. What does the team / company need to be successful in the future.

Developing and integrating a "Service Desk". Working as Service Manager / Project Manager.Making sure the clients expectations were met and on time. The bridge between, the customer, sales and the project team. Reporting to the Manager Operations and CEO's.

Assisting Project Management, QA, mainly improving internal procedures.

Advising the board through regular meetings.

Delivering Newspapers

Promoting and selling products from different brands. The store was re-branded for every new brand / experience.

I have worked in the summer holidays at this IKEA branch for three years in a row. Mainly working as a sales employee. Before I had several jobs in the summer holiday.
