My job is to help the company improving the adaptation of agile methodologies and improve the performance of the development team at Coinify. I act as both Agile Coach, Technical Product Owner and Scrum Master.Coinify ApS is an established global virtual currency platform actively offering solutions in Europe, Asia and other regions. I lead and coordinate distributed teams in Copenhagen, Bangalore and Shanghai. I am responsible for planning releases and prioritization of work efforts for the teams based on requirements from customers and estimates of the various tasks.I volunteered to be career advisor for employees in SAP Denmark.I am in charge of the stabilization of Job Scheduler. I managed to bring down the number of customer escalations from 5 per day to 1 in entire latest peak season. We increased the throughput from 1 million jobs per day to 10 million jobs and 700 million rest transactions per day. The number of customers increased heavily in the period and the experienced delay was reduced to almost nothing.I appointed a manager to continue leading the refactoring and expansion of the SAP SuccessFactors mobile app. This manager referred to me.Expanded the Copenhagen development department from 5 to 14 engineers by hiring good engineers from different nationalities.

I took over the Danish analytics team and the Danish mobile team and expanded the teams from 5 to 14 engineers.I successfully moved the analytics team to the SAP SuccessFactors Platform team when highly skilled resources were needed there. In Platform we took over one of the most important modules in the SuccessFactors platform (Job Scheduler): In Job Scheduler there were customer escalations every day. The goal was firstly to stabilize the scheduler, making it more operational and later improve the code base like we did in analytics. We brought up test coverage from 8 to 60% and implemented tools enabling the operations team to troubleshoot the scheduler on the fly.The SuccessFactors mobile app also needed a makeover, improvement of the app security and major refactoring. The mobile app was changed from a hybrid app into a native app for IOS, and an Android version of the app was built.I advised employees in other departments in SAP Denmark in how they could use agile thinking in their SAP implementation process. I got the feedback, that implementation processes with customers goes quicker and with larger customer satisfaction, since the customer is in the loop continuously.I lead distributed agile teams in Copenhagen, Bangalore and Shanghai.Technologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Java, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, GitHub

I integrated Youcalc into SAP SuccessFactors analytics. Implemented possibility to create analytics dashboards using the Youcalc engine. I did the architecture for and Implemented embedded analytics (contextual) in all pages in the SuccessFactors platform as well as analytics displayed in tiles on the SuccessFactors home page.I was a part of the build team, later named Development Productivity team, covering the EU time zone when improving the continuous integration and build systems.I was named the Scrum Evangelist in SuccessFactors and was sent to San Francisco, Bangalore and Shanghai to introduce and teach agile methodologies, when SuccessFactors decided to go agile inspired by the Copenhagen team.

I was employed as Senior Java Developer. Responsible for operations of Youcalc (Cloud based on demand real time analytics platform). Apart from being Senior Java Developer/architect, I was the scrum master for a team of up to 10 developers across offices in Copenhagen and Lithuania. I developed the Youcalc SaaS platform where you can use the builder tool to build apps that can analyze data accessible on the Internet as well as on site data. The servers are hosted on Amazon EC2 and S3.I developed our embedded database technology which enables our apps to write back into an Apache Derby database. I was employed as a system developer working with the exchange of roaming related information between mobile network operators worldwide. Since November 2005, Software Architect for the MACH Financial Clearing business area where I developed an application which brought Dan Net into the Financial Clearing business. This application was according to consultants for Syniverse (http://www.syniverse.com) the best Financial Clearing application worldwide. It generated a turnover of approx. 75 million Euros within 3 months.When Dan Net and MACH merged, I was appointed Technical project manager for the Financial Clearing business of the merged company. I was also Team Leader for a development team located in Bangalore, India.Introduced new technologies to the application development (Struts, Spring, Hibernate, AJAX).Travelled a lot between Copenhagen, Luxemburg, Germany and London giving me experience in working in an international environment with team members in different locations.
