I have been incredibly fortunate to be able to partner with individuals in numerous aspects of their growth and development towards their goals over the past decade. Whether that is with collegiate student-athletes, post-collegiate runners, or individuals, couples, or families seeking mental health care, the opportunity to partner in the pursuit of progress has infused my life with purpose, depth, and fulfillment beyond measure. With a systemic emphasis on the holistic understanding of the self as the foundation of growth and meaning, I encourage the individuals I work with to foster an internal environment of compassion and patience as they engage with and adapt to the challenges they face. I also have a particular passion for helping individuals, families, and communities experiencing grief, loss, and transition.
