During this first work experience, Thomas took part in the development of several CRM projects. These projects included process analysis and CRM implementation. Through this experience, he improved his project management and client management skills.After 2 years (in 2010), Thomas joined the “Pharmaceutical Team” at Citobi (ACTITO) as a project manager. Citobi is a young and dynamic Belgian marketing company. In his new position, Thomas leveraged his newly developed skills by participating in the development of several marketing projects. As a project manager, he was the link between the clients and the IT team. He was therefore responsible for the functional design, the testing and others various aspects of the development of marketing and IT projects.On January 2014, Thomas became Quality & Deliverability Manager, a position newly created at Citobi. Because the function was new, Thomas had the chance / challenge to define and scope his new function in collaboration with the IT manager and the product owner.After almost 4 years, Thomas was promoted "Head of Quality", a position in which he was able to work in collaboration with the IT and Product team to help CITOBI growing.Thomas left Actito for a small year in 2020 to come back as "Head of Quality & Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM)". In June 2022, he become Chief Information Security Officer.
