I worked with some amazing and dedicated people to calculate, verify, and document maximum allowable operating pressures (MAOP) for natural gas pipelines following the San Bruno pipeline explosion.

Formed and administered assessment districts, special tax districts, water and sewer fees, and standby charges for public agencies and special districts. Prepared and reviewed budgets for capital improvements and operations & maintenance. Prepared engineers reports and supporting calculations, ballot documents, and other documents associated with the Prop 218 process. Clients included flood control agencies; water, wastewater, irrigation and stormwater utilities; park districts; cities and counties.

Managed a variety of engineering projects including the preparation of plans, specifications, and studies for water treatment and distribution systems, and intranet and database development projects Clients included EBMUD, San Francisco PUC, San Francisco Zoo, and the South Bay Water Recycling Program.

· Responsible for civil design and yard piping for 35 mgd water treatment plant and other facilities. Performed construction management tasks including responding to Requests for Informaiton (RFIs) · Performed as-needed engineering services for the Diablo Water District including hydraulic modeling of their distribution system. Performed a water rate study. · Additional projects included sanitary sewer design, pilot testing of water treatment alternatives, computer modeling (KYPIPE, EPANET), and construction inspection of water treatment plant, reservoir, and distribution system improvements. Extensive design experience using AutoCAD and Softdesk.
