Worked with CEO to reacquire a significant equity stake from the largest investor. Coordinated efforts to sell the company, which was not yet cash flow positive, developed models, created data room and.

Joined Reach My Doctor, which provided communication with doctor’s office and doctor by enabling users to schedule appointments, request medication refills, request referrals, create and manage personal health records, address insurance and billing issues, and communicate with care providers, to manage operations and finance. Developed and negotiated relationships with Pershing (Clearing Broker Dealer) DLJ (Investment Advisor) and our affiliate broker dealer network to outsource the majority of operations.
