Role Purpose: Support Finance Team across a range of accounting, operational and analytical activities to report and improve processes and efficiencies within the business. Working alongside the directors and accounts managers, my role involves maintaining an efficient and accurate financial function within the business.My duties include:- Management of the company's finance team- Management of the company financials accounts- Management of the company's monthly payroll for up to 2000 casual staff and ensuring all staff were paid correctly.- Managing company credit control and cash flow cycle.- Producing accurate budgets over at 12 month period- Compiling monthly management accounts and reports- 13 week recurring cash flow forecasting- Analysing internal margins and profitability.- AuditingUse Xero Accounting System alongside supporting programsUse of Sage 50 Accounts
