I embarked on my career with a strong inclination towards technology, driven by a 'me and my computer' attitude. Initially, my focus was predominantly on leveraging technology, with limited attention to other business drivers. However, my perspective underwent a transformative shift during my tenure as a consultant, where I embraced the motto that 'No one is as smart as all of us.' This mindset encouraged collaboration and inspired me to delve into the broader aspects of business.As a consultant, I immersed myself in understanding the overall business drivers and gradually found myself taking on advisory roles encompassing product, service, and business development. This transition broadened my horizons and equipped me with invaluable insights into strategic decision-making.Building upon my consultancy experience, I assumed a managerial position within one of the world's leading energy companies. This role allowed me to cultivate my skills in both business and organizational management. I managed a state-of-the-art technology division comprised of diverse teams with various nationalities, which further honed my leadership abilities.I moved on spending a couple of years integrating my three-fold capabilities in technology, consultancy, and leadership, collaborating with startup companies in the dynamic aquaculture industry. This engagement enabled me to continuously expand my skill set and experience in vital areas such as financing, entrepreneurship, investments, board of directors, and sustainability.In summary, my career journey reflects a progressive evolution from a technology-focused mindset to a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics.
