CurrentResponsible for the daily operations of Bonafide. - Management of employees (mix of in-office and remote). - Built out a remote working culture; framework, processes, and procedures. Were able to roll into 100% virtual during the COVID-19 lockdown without any productivity loss (we gained productivity). - Sales (from lead to close). Includes selling HubSpot, Marketing Retainers, and Website Projects with a focus on long-term Growth Marketing. - Evaluate current revenue, allocation, and set new revenue goals. - Help to implement a Scrum (points-based) environment for scoping, allocation, and capacity. - Mentor employees on project/account management, customer service, and client retention. - Built value-based partnerships. - Employee reviews and ongoing one on ones to assist with growth and a career path in marketing. - Work closely with the CEO and the VP of Project Management.
