My main role at Agape Tennis Academy was a full-time tennis professional. I developed structured lesson plans for several adult and junior teams. I also demonstrated the ability to quickly acquire a strong clientele base in a new territory. My other role at Agape was to be involved in the on-boarding experience of Club Automation at the 17-court facility. I built out POS, Class Schedules, Chart of Accounts on the back end of Club Automation. I also trained staff on how to operate the cloud-based management software and utilized Club Automation to optimize day-to-day operations.
