Maintain the overall responsibility for the On-Line Work Management process, accountability for the management of the cycle plan, scheduling, detail/planning, and coordination and execution of online maintenance work. Responsible for ensuring that Probabilistic Risk levels, scope growth, and budget are monitored and maintained within the appropriate limits. Directly supervises and fulfills the full managerial responsibilities for the assigned staff of the Online Work Management Department while monitoring and communicating the status of the Station and Exelon Nuclear work management processes and participating in the development and implementation of process improvements.

Perform advances regulatory/technical problem solving is support of nuclear plant operation. Required to possess detailed knowledge of functional disciplines and practical application of industry codes, regulations, and licensing basis documents.

Control the nuclear reactor and station activities with a conservative bias to protect the health and safety of the public. Effectively supervise union personnel in the Operations Department to ensure that all assigned activities are performed safely, and efficiently, by qualified workers in accordance with plant procedures, NRC regulations, and the site schedule. Administer on the spot coaching to ensure gaps are being promptly addressed. Provide mentoring to and development of personnel to improve performance. Perform operability determinations to assess the potential plant and system impact from degraded systems and components and author troubleshooting action plans to correct them. Actively participate in the work control process through schedule reviews to ensure adequate protected equipment schemes, work scheduling and technical specification compliance. Review and authorize work activities and assess the potential impact on plant operation. Assist work management in developing work week schedule based on available resources, tech spec compliance and probabilistic risk.

Effectively supervise craft personnel to ensure that all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified workers in accordance with plant procedures, NRC regulations, and the site schedule. Administer coaching, mentoring and performance management, including initiation of disciplinary action, for assigned employees. Participate in various aspects of work control, coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings involving online, load reductions, forced outages and refuel outages activities, to ensure that assigned work is properly assigned, planned and ready to work. Participates in all aspects of Maintenance Department Management in order to support safe and efficient operation of the plant. This includes the development, implementation and performance monitoring of all corporate, site and divisional business goals and objectives. Participates in plant emergency plan and provides recommendations on training, procedure changes, and other needs to support safe and efficient execution of work activities.

Perform planning of work packages for work to be performed by the Instrumentation Maintenance departments, ensuring the plant is maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner. Maintain quality of work packages and provide supervisors with high-quality work packages. Assist other maintenance planners in ensuring all scheduled deadlines are met. Work to come up with new ways to streamline work the planning process. Responsible for the supervision of the planning department and the handling of all package issues inside of ten weeks until execution. Acts as a first line supervisor during outages or whenever supervision is below 50% manning for the I&C shop.

Responsible for the training and development of junior nuclear students to ensure their readiness for the Nuclear Fleet. Class consisted of 30 students of mechanical, I&C, and electrical disciplines.• Directly supervised and controlled students during training exercises on a critical and shutdown reactor plant. Exercises included startups, shutdowns, and casualty drills. • Conducted training for students in both a classroom environment and one on one training sessions.• Oversaw and directed all reactor controls associated maintenance procedures to ensure plant reliability.

Possess over six years of experience operating two reactor plants during critical and shutdown conditions. Performed reactor startups and shutdowns while monitoring plant parameters to ensure reactor safety. Was relied upon to take actions in the event of abnormal conditions to ensure operating limits were not exceeded and personnel safety was not jeopardized.• Was selected to be 1 of 8 Reactor Operators for the Operational Reactor Safeguards Exam out of 74 qualified Reactor Operators based upon knowledge and operational expertise.• Performed a vital part of the testing for initial criticality and power range testing on four different reactor plants.• Commended by the Nuclear Power Audit and Inspection Team (ORSE) for operational expertise during casualty control scenarios.
