As a Managing Director in the Houston Retirement Group at U.S. Capital Advisors, I specialize in comprehensive wealth management planning almost exclusively with oil & gas retirees. As a born and raised Texan, with a father, grandmother and grandfather who all retired from Exxon or ExxonMobil, I understand the importance of optimizing the potential of these retirement plans.I graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management and a Master’s degree in Resource Economics. I currently hold the series 7, 66 and state insurance licenses.After completing the College of Financial Planning required coursework, I received the CFP® designation in 2014. The multi-year program entails in-depth courses, training and comprehensive examinations in all areas of financial planning including investments, taxes, insurance, estate and retirement planning.I live on the west side of Houston with my wife Daphne and three wonderful kids. We enjoy going to the Houston Parks, Zoo, and Museums.
